After being told for several years by family, friends, strangers, and my SO, that I should read the Harry Potter books, this June I succumbed, and started reading them, in order, sometimes with other books thrown in in-between

Hooray! I'd no idea you hadn't read them, or I'd have been among those trying to persuade you. I myself am waiting to read HBP until the paperbacks come out, as I already have the others in pb and refuse to wonk my bookshelf with just one hardback. I'm picky that way. But definitely have ants in the pants to read the last one. And I've avoided most of the spoilers! Amazing. :)
