i know everyone's so interested in my study abroad adventures, and i haven't made any attempts at providing any sort of documenting this trip, minus the paper journal our professor required us to log. (and i thought, who keeps paper journals today?). so in the next week or two or three, i'm posting a picture and a explanation of how i was feeling or what i was thinking. so this is it folks.
frankfurt train station by this time, i had time to notice the glass ceiling supported with a spider-web like frame, offering a view of the gloomy and cloudy outside. my ten hour flight had just arrived earlier, a flight on a Boeing 777 that was surprisingly roomy and trouble-free. but what were we doing having spare time for glaring at the glass dome of the frankfurt train station? we had missed the direct train to strasbourg and were waiting on the next, non-direct with multiple stops, train. so needless to say we were all a bit more tired and now upset that we would be stuck here another hour. i took this picture when i was sitting on a bench watching everyone's luggage. my fellow students were purchasing coffee and pastries. i didn't have anything to eat, because i rarely eat on a nervous stomach.
