Oct 16, 2014 03:45

So, I was trying to get sleepy and thought, 'Hey. Why not do a chapter of your snark?' So, I tried and then a chapter became another one and now it's 3:30am and I'm still awake. Just when I fixed my sleep schedule too. Plus Lowtax started doing Let's Plays again so I had to watch that. All this means I'll probably oversleep tomorrow which kinda ( Read more... )

Hey! I LOVE black cats! I almost adopted one before I Found Rajah. He had the cutest blue eyes! I was going to name him Kenai after Brother bear! He actually looked like a little black bear according to my friend. Black cats are awesome! Salem and Binx are two of my favorites!

I love black kitties with blue eyes! Cabby's eyes are gold but sometimes they turn green. Not often though. Usually when he's relaxed.

Black cats are awesome! I used to have three but that's sadly been reduced to one.

Aww. I've only had one other black cat besides Cabby and he was a sweetheart. I think that when my kitties pass, I'll probably get another black cat because I know that they don't get adopted often. Which is totally ridic because who wouldn't want a mini panther?

I have a black cat and she's the most loveable ball of fur you will ever come across. And totally deaf, so she's the perfect pet for someone like myself who is loud and swears like a lumberjack. :D

Actually, this year for Halloween we have decided to entertain Trick or Treaters, and because of the dogs, I'm going to have to sit on the stoop so they don't ring the doorbell. This sounds like a lot of spooky fun to me. After dark on Halloween can be spooky, but terrifying? Ah, no.

And yeah, we're putting up the tree the first weekend of November, so you're right about midnight on Halloween. XD

Lol! When you said you swear a lot I just imagined a kitty getting all offended and making that 'How dare you?!' face they get.

Yeah, every year I sit out on the porch to hand out candy. It's just a lot easier than getting up every time someone knocks. I also tweet any cute or interesting costumes. Like last year we got twins dressed as Woody and Buzz.

Oh what a great idea to live tweet Trick or Treating! I bet the kids would love getting their pictures taken too. :) And my little Simon, who passed away this spring, he used to make faces when I'd get mad and starting swearing up a loud, blue streak. He was a silly kitty. :)

Our dogs will go into convultions if the door is getting knocked on every three minutes, so I'm just parking it on the stoop with my Jack O Lanterns. I'm going to do a little costume too...nothing huge or complex, but I know when I was a kid I loved it when the people giving out the candy wore costumes too. :)

That is such a cute idea. I, too, will be live tweeting trick or treaters.

I wonder how the hell these girls cope if they have fainting fits at the most minor inconvenience. I'm just imagining Janine hearing them wailing and being like, "You do know these incidents happen frequently, right? You're just noticing it more because of the necklace." Then the BSC will be like, "Go away, Janine! Your logic has no place here!" I just imagine Janine being like, "You guys are idiots."

I know that not everyone loves reading like I do and I'm biased, but Claudia's staunch refusal to read anything other than Nancy Drew kind of irks me. There are so many great books out there that she's missing out on. I bet her mom has had moments when she was like, "Claudia would love this book." But Claudia won't read it because it isn't Nancy Drew. I'm the only one in my family who reads, but I sometimes recommend books to my family. It's a great feeling when they enjoy the books.

Okay. I totally cackled like a goon at the thought of Janine thinking the BSC are idiots.

Yeah, Claud's hate of reading always bugged me too. Like I get liking a certain series but reading nothing else? Like, I've read and reread almost the whole of the Discworld series but I do read other things too. Even if she just likes mysteries, there's other types out there, ya know? I remember once they mentioned that Claudia didn't even like reading to the kids. What a butthead.

I think Janine spends most of her time either thinking or saying "You guys are idiots." At least that's my personal head canon.

I can't imagine only reading one series! Granted, Nancy Drew and its spin offs probably equals like five hundred books...but still. That just makes me sad. :(

i know a guy who went as a cat for halloween one year. he even specified that he was a "sexy cat". pretty much the best, mot hilarious costume ever. he also once sang "sail away (orinoco flow)" by enya at karaoke & nailed it so hard that even the old world war 2 vets that just went to the bar to drink stood up & applauded.
