OMG COOK ON IDOLATRY!!!!!! FOR SOME REASON THAT HAD NOT OCCURRED TO ME. MUST FIND OMG. And that's good about Archie--I've been watching some of the behind-the-scenes stuff and oh, Archie, you are SO CUTE but SO UNCOMFORTABLE. Heeee. Poor boy. (It doesn't help that the first interview I ever saw with Archie was this one from when they were in Manila, I think, and there was a comedienne doing the interview and so she was kind of teasing him, asking him to tell her secrets about Cook and stuff, and he was just sort of sitting there giggling but he was clearly SO UNCOMFORTABLE and AWWWWWW, ARCHIE. SHE'S JUST TEASING YOU. *smishes him*)

I do, however, find it endlessly amusing that in EVERY SINGLE behind-the-scenes thing I have seen with Archie, he is EATING SOMETHING. Oh, the teenage boy metabolism! *envies* (Relatedly: there is a behind-the-scenes thing somewhere where Cook talks about how he loves to eat junk food, and if Idol doesn't work out for him, he's going to go compete in hot-dog-eating contests. HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE I LOVE HIM.)

also, handstands. cook makes a really great kid. he's SO adorable with his nieces, too, but at the same time is clearly capable of respecting archie as an adult. HI, I LOVE THAT.

i'm pretty sure cook LIVES to get archie to make that face. this vid is intended to be 'shippy, but really, it's a testament to cook's MANY attempts to get archie to be a kid and have fun and goof around with him. IT'S AWESOME. and archie's WTAF face is priceless.
