I have glee fatigue! I must pace myself!

Not that we are not APPRECIATING the beauty, okay, but when you enter a time warp and it takes you 94 hours to get from Jasper to Banff, your priorities start to shift a little. Hee.

In all seriousness, however, it was a gorgeous trip, and Banff is gorgeous. And we are totally not stalking Daniel MacIvor. Much. ALSO. Last night we got back to our room late--we FINALLY rolled in to Banff at about 9:30 p.m. (8:30 p.m. in "real time," since we are refusing to acknowledge the time change in Alberta) and headed immediately for the nearest steak and martinis--and turned on the TV and what should appear but A PREVIEW FOR FLASHPOINT!!! And we held our breath and all of the Other People On the Show were just a meaningless blur while we waited and waited and then THERE! Was Hugh's PROFILE! And we made simultaneous PG Arms of Joy! And apparently that is the cosmic reason that we got here so late, so that we could be here in this hotel room at that time to witness that important moment in history. :)
Roadside Canadian animals bingo record: porcupine (in the middle of the road, actually--alive, I mean, just waddling along), various elk, various deer, mooooose, black bear.
So, yeah. You know. Road-tripping with Sal is OKAY. If you're into that whole "fun" thing.
