Day off!
Woo hoo! Time to relax.
I have laundry to do. It'll most likely take most of the day since I didn't do any laundry on my last day off, but it's not as though that has to be supervised constantly. I need to run up to the vet briefly and get some food for Neo. I also need to give him lots and lots and LOTS of playtime. I've been going out with my mom a lot lately, which meant Neo being caged much more than normal. He's pretty antsy now, so I'm hoping to let him run around free basically all day today. I do want to go out for a jog though, so he'll have to be in his cage for a bit. I'm thinking maybe I'll combine vet trip/jog so I only have to go out once.
I finally made my new years resolution a couple weeks ago -- to lose weight. Yeah, yeah, I'm a little lategetting started. But I'm gonna continue trying to eat healthier, and eat a little bit less. (Not starve myself, folks, don't freak out. Just... only eat until I'm satisfied, rather than until I feel like I'm going to burst! Heh.) I'm also determined to cut down on snacking. Which will be difficult because whenever mom and I are at Eric's for movies he busts out the popcorn and ships and ice cream, and the list goes on. It takes willpower to only munch a little bit. ~lol~
I'm also going to try to get more exercise. I'll go back to walking to and from work except when it's really bad weather, and I think I might try to make it a habit to go for a jog every day. (Or almost every day.) I'm wondering if I can cut down on the stuff I lug to work every day, and maybe I can just jog home, instead of walking? We'll see.
Ummm... yeah. And I still need to watch Twin Peaks so I can take the DVD's back to Shane. I've only been able to watch the pilot so far because I've been more or less locked in my room. I'd bring a TV in here if I had the room... then I'd be all set. Unfortunately, I have too much stuff already. ~lol~
Speaking of which, I need another bookshelf. Or two. I'm using one that's Stacy's right now, and I"m not sure if she wants it back when we all move in March or if I can keep it. Oh well. I'll deal with that in March.
