CitiGroup Meeting.
Went to that tonight. The guy who originally spoke to me/is recruiting me was kind enough to pick me up from work and take me up to Barrie for the meeting since I had no transportation. It was actually fun! And incredibly educational. Even if I end up not getting this job, just by going tonight I learned a LOT.
I picked up an application and I'm working on filling it out. I'm very hopeful about this. And the really nifty thing is that IF I want to... I could keep my job at HMV and just do work with Citi kind of on the side, for some extra money. that's incredibly exciting.
Everybody at the meeting tonight was incredibly friendly, and something really great was that they all seemed genuinely excited about working there and the jobs they do. Keyword: Genuine. It didn't seem like a show just to make people interested. Either they're very good actors, or they really like their jobs. Which is nice. It makes for a good work environment.
And... and, and... yeah! Wewt!
