And excitingly, as Friday and Monday are bank holidays, I am about to have one. Hurrah! I've made it to Easter without using leave, which was kind of my goal given that I frittered it all away on long weekends last year. I still feel like I need breaks, but apart from a few weeks in late January/early February this has not been such an intense work period that I've been unable to leave my computer. So, not too knackered. I still long for days to be a bit different, but until the loosening of lockdown which started today, and particularly the 12 April one which means shops will be more open, there hasn't been a lot of urgency to that. I have a not too long but definite list of stuff I need to buy which is either impossible online (HEMA earphones - they closed their webshop because of Brexit shipping costs, and although I hope they will reopen once they also need to stock their UK shops, I can also just go to their shop once it reopens, thank goodness), or I want to nosey around (I need a new kettle, but I am *choosy* and I hate most uprights, which seems to be the only option now). At some point in April, or maybe call it May, if all goes well I shall Go To Kingston, like a mad travelling pioneer.
Meanwhile, I can only amuse myself with spring decor (photos by request):

28. Do you have a certain way you have to sleep? (Covered, not covered, with or without noise etc)
Pretty snuggled down, on my side, and with a pillow over my ear/part of my face. I hate disturbance when sleeping. Oh, and in at least one earphone, which is incredibly unhealthy but the only thing that's conquered my insomnia, hence my longing for HEMA. Theirs are flat, which is handy if you're lying on them. I have a diminishing stockpile, on account of genuinely being addicted.
29. Do you manage your time well?
Generally, yes. I know my working pattern well, which is a splurge/relax mode rather than a steady state. Within those parameters, I'm pretty good. This year I've intermittently kicked back a bit, as there's a weird presenteeism feeling at times. Sometimes at the moment there's genuinely bugger all to do, and I don't apologise for not sitting at my screen then. Equally, 11 hour days have happened despite it all being at my screen. When needed, fine. I prefer it to a perfect 9-5, every day.
30. What was the last book you read?
31. What would you do if you became immortal?
