I've been having roofing contractors come over and give estimates on replacing the shingles on the roof of the house and the garage. Been going on for a couple of weeks, now. This morning a big BEAR of a guy comes over (reddish hair, mustache, no beard), takes measurements and tells me his written estimate should be in my mailbox in the next ( Read more... )

As scheduled, the fellow from our home insurance company came to inspect the roof for hail damage. Turns out he was thirty-ish, classically good-looking, quite professional and patient.
