So I saw the urologist today and I'm going to be getting SWL(Shock Wave Lithotripsy), which is a procedure that breaks up the stone into small pieces or even dust with shock waves. If it doesn't work, I'll probably have to go for the much shittier option. They said SWL works more often than not though. He started describing the other option and I didn't even let him finish and opted for the shock wave treatment. Didn't want to hear anymore. They're gonna call me and set up an appointment for the SWL soon. Didn't get any pain meds, but I have stuff here anyways that will work if it gets bad.
