Thinking about Azeroth, and narratives thereof
Obviously I've left my tours of Cataclysm unfinished. Partly for a good reason that takes a bit to explain...
Say that writing up one of those tour posts takes 3 units of energy, on a day when I have 4. That's okay, if I'm only doing other stuff that takes 1. Now say my supply of energy goes up half again. 6 units! And there's this stuff I've been wanting to do! But it takes 4 units, leaving me with 2, and so the tour posts don't get written.
That's about where I am at this point. What I need is a good format I'm happy with that takes less energy. I was reminded recently of Postcards From Azeroth, and have been thinking about a format maybe a bit more like that - a maximum of maybe 3 or 5 pictures in a day, each with the kind of commentary I like to write, aiming for a fairly consistent flow of smaller chunks.
And now I welcome comments, suggestions, and the like. Offers of black-market pituitary extract and such should go in private channels, naturally.
Update: It's occurred to me that I might do well to post What I Saw Today - 1d6 screenshots no more than 24 hours old. To keep the flow up.
