I am not normally all that much into music, for obvious reasons. It doesn’t usually resonate with me that strongly, although I certainly enjoy it. Most of the time I can simply take it or leave it. However, this one did hit me. I’m more familiar with Soft Cell’s cover of Tainted Love, which means that for once, I can listen to this remake and understand how and why it got changed. Wow.
