Roller Derby was AWESOME! We plan to try and go back for the rest of the season, that's just how cool it was. The players were so fierce and had great names like Nora Grets, Sk8 Outta Compton, and Reba Smackentire. There were others, those are simply some of the awesome. OMG, it's been a while. I haven't posted because very little's been new. I'm still teaching my Exploratory, Mad Science 101, still subbing, still enjoying it and looking into schools to maybe teach one day. I'm going to start with the list of books I read in 2009. No where near as many as I read in 2008, but I realise that I got my computer in late '08 and have become very attached to him. So I just had a scare of a lifetime. I was doing some chores while house sitting, and when I went back into the bedroom I found that part of a chocolate bar was gone. Waking up and having my morning cup of coffee. I just wish it were better coffee, but my Mother, bless her soul doesn't realise that there are few reasons that a singular bag (as opposed to an entire brand) of coffee is discounted. I got my unofficial teaching exam results today (unofficial meaning they tell me pass or fail, but I can't use the e-mail as an attachment to add to an application), and I PASSED THREE OF FOUR EXAMS!
