I came up with a great idea for a nerd party game while biking, and I think it would work, with a little balancing.
Each person tries to generate the longest list of 90s comics titles in three minutes. Then you pass them around and get to cross off any items from anyone else's list. All remaining titles are ten points each.
Then you look up remaining titles on the Comics Database. Any title actually published in the 90s for a run of > 12 titles is -20 points, or if it's the title of a storyline, -5 points.
Most remaining points wins.
