(no subject)
Does anyone else get a DO NOT WANT that comes from a spinal reflex when they encounter fic with the premise of a feelings-dump?
Like "So and So discovers Fulana de Tal's letters they never sent" or "Anne confesses her feelings to Carol because she think Carol's about to die," or "Alien Telepathy makes Barb and Dave aware of their feelings for each other?"
Like, I think I'm outlier, in the "AUGH FEELINGS" department, and I don't *hate* fic with feels, but I'm like the frog in the boiler water; you have to ease me into it.
