So, basically, my weekend has resulted me feeling, literally, like I've been beaten by men with sticks, in consequence of which, I've decided to stick my head in the sand, and by sand, I mean Ubuntu. I've had a spare drive I wasn't using, and now it has Ubuntu on it! This is very exciting, and a bit like trying to learn Portuguese. I'm posting this from the Logjam client, which is only a wee bit different than expected, as there are really only so many things you can do to an lj client.

Any urgent communiques you have for me in the next seventy two hours should probably be put in all caps if you want it to get through the fog of Debian.
