Sitting here feeeling like I've run a marathosn, though I've never un one of those. I just feel beat. So maybe thats a bad comparison. I'm sure after a marathon you would feel accomplished or proud. I share neither of those emotions. I'm just trying to keep focused on things getting better or I get used to living this thing we call a shit ass

I'm not even kidding and it might sound trivial or you might think there's nothing to be grateful for but there is.
Did you pass by something you thought smelled good? Write it down..
Did you eat something you enjoyed? Write it down...
Once you switch your focus on all of the negative things to positive things your life will change. But it has to be something you want to do. If you want to be stuck in a negative cycle you will be. Nobody continues negative thoughts into a positive life. You have to drop those thoughts if you want to be happy. And who doesn't want to be happy?
Life is not shitty. Life is what you make it. If you don't like the way yours is going, change it. It might not be easy but it's possible. Anything is possible. So you can sit and wallow or you can get up and go do something about it. If it's your job and you can't change it right now, focus on doing more activities you enjoy outside of your job to compensate.
If it's overall dissatisfaction, make a list of little things you like and start doing them.. even if it's going to see a movie, getting ice cream, watching the sunset, buying a new shirt, go running.. whatever...
It doesn't matter.. but change doesn't just come to those that don't want or aren't willing to change. Life doesn't happen to you.. you make life happen.
So get out there and stop wasting your precious years because one day you're going to look back and think I wish I had done something about that sooner.
Now is your chance. The world is nothing but opportunity.. whether you choose to take advantage of those opportunities is up to you.
Make your gratitude list each day.. see what happens.
