They are coming along well.  There will be an 1/8th a mile track around the perimeter while inside there is a variety of machines.  No free weights for obvious reasons.  But another heavy bag, as well as a speed bag.  There is a climbing wall on one side.  In the middle is a set of three large skylights, that should give him three hours of full ( Read more... )

Since you were all there, you already know that I'm going to arrange for a workout space for Jason. The old bunker seems like a good idea. I've done some calculations. I will need to excavate a short tunnel 50° southeast and there will be a 17 foot ladder up to the bunker's floor. I'm honestly surprised that grandfather didn't discover the Cave ( Read more... )
