What veg*ns eat

Well, it's been a long time since I've done a vegan meal-planning post.

Kit and I have got a very simple guacamole down pat, I think, though I still feel it would benefit from fresh coriander, which we've never had to hand as yet when making it.

1 avocado, mashed
juice of 1/2 lime (or lemon if you must)
1/2-1 clove garlic
sprinkle salt and shake tabasco sauce

Nom so good.

However, it would have been well to eat it with Kit's amazing vegetarian chilli and some rice*, healthily, rather than with crisps one day and Doritos the next.

*recipe to follow next time he makes it, as I'll have to actually pay attention to what he's doing!
