I got a Night Mare Moon plushie in the mail last week, so I figure I may as well write about her. The verdict? She's very nice, and I'm mostly happy with her.

She's a little smaller than a Build-A-Bear Rainbow Dash; quite firmly stuffed, with a velvety, ink black coat. Her eyes are embroidered, as are her cutie mark, the spiral on her horn, the outlines of the feathers on her wings and the edges of her armor. The stars in her mane and tail are done in a different fashion - might be printed, I'm not sure.
Speaking of her armor, her helmet and her boots are attached; the neckpiece she's wearing is not, and it's there that there's the first issue with her, too, as the neckpiece is very flimsy, basically just a piece of fabric cut into shape and put around her neck. It's an odd thing that stands out in stark contrast to her overall build quality.
There's a few other issues as well; notably, her wingtips and mane bent a little in transport and haven't straightened themselves yet, and her right rear leg is longer/more stuffed than the left, so she's not as steady as I'd like her to be. Her tail's attachment point is also a bit weak; her tail is too heavy for her, but there's little that could be done about that without resorting to an internal wire skeleton for support.
On the plus side, I love her devious little smirk, and I'm quite happy that she's got stars on both sides of her mane and tail (not just the "display side"), and cutie marks on both flanks (as it should be; Hasbro, will you ever fix your plastic ponies?). And the side of her head that is obscured by her mane is also fully embroidered - a cheaper manufacturer might've tried to save a few cents there, but hers didn't.
All in all? She's not perfect (if you want perfection, commission a fan plushie maker), but for her price, she's really very nice.
