No, not the Christmas Turkey cos we had nut roast, made from chestnuts (from a wholefood shop, not foraged, we live in a city, remember.)  And most delicious it was too, well done and thanks, H.  But leavings of another kind, or even leaves.

I suggest non-quilt makers skip this entry.  It's picture and detail heavy.  Wonder of wonders I have a free morning.  Well, I have plenty I could be doing instead, but that will keep!  Having spent most 'free' time the past three weeks working on Niece's engagement quilt, it's nice to have time to do other things.
