Photos Day 3
Only a short one today, because I got 1.5 hours sleep last night so I am pretty much falling asleep where I sit.
Apart from the lack of sleep, today was a good day, however.
I've gone with the smog comparison pictures today, because they don't need a lengthy explanation... although my other photos didn't either, that was just me being annoying :)
This is the view from our hotel room on the 18th of April (David Tennant's birthday, which I did not register at all at the time), with a YAY bronwyn reflection in the glass. This isn't just a morning photo either, this was taken at about 2pm, and that smog was there all day.
And the same view, the next day (Claire's birthday, on which we had a surprise birthday
party, which we actually managed to hide from her -it was 3 days after we got stuck, so she was pretty bummed about turning 16 in Beijing when she thought she'd be home). Bizarre.
