it's time to party like it's 1945

I went into london this evening with les Parents and Claire. Well, just Claire really, but because of laws and stuff we can't drive ourselves there yet so my parents were all "oooh we'll take you and go out to eat in celebration of our daughter growing a social life".

Okay, I made that last bit up, it was something to do with a birthday celebration (I don't understand why we couldn't go out to their birthday meal though. They come to and pay for   mine and the brothers', so we should be allowed to theirs, y/y?), and they probably wouldn't have taken us if it wasn't for the meal anyway because I've been all Low and Moody which only made them angry, which made me angry and low and moody, and THEN we ended up yelling at each other across the house yesterday evening and Mum tried to do that whole bonding thing afterwards which didn't really help, so then I felt bad because I was still being distant when they were being vaguely approachable and... guh. not good.

Anyway, we were going to see Biffy Clyro at the itunes festival, which is completely FREE! And it had a barbeque which wasn't overpriced, and a bar which was, but we didn't use that anyway.

It was the most cramped music concert I've ever been to, in all the crazy dancingness I kept headbutting the backs of men who were so sweaty that water actually came off onto my cheek from their shirts. I was actually grateful for those knobs who through plastic glasses of beer across the crowds because they were keeping me cool, I've been to small and packed music venues before, but it was insane in there, I think there was a point in the middle where almost everyone was just swaying around to the music trying not to collapse from dehydration. I know I was, and all the people around me. But aside from that, it was amazing =D But they played a clip of Franz Ferdinand playing there last year which made me want to see them even more than I did already.

Also in our litle london escapade, I mistook a large white building in Camden for Buckingham Palace; "it's no wonder those superheroes keep getting on her roof with crappy fences like this around her palace...", but to be fair, there was a sign on the other side of the road saying "Access to the Royal Parks ....", which was kind of misleading.

I also discovered the wonder of Camden Market... why have I never been their before?? Actually, I know why, it's because I entered it and instantly decided university was not for me, I'm going earn my money behind a stall at Camden lock, which is 100% totally the future my parents had in mind for me. I'm going back there as soon as possible. Which unfortunately isn't too soon at all because every time I go out I need at least a day's recovery time which is really not cool; I'M 16 NOT 60  :(

I'm about to pop of to bed but I'm on the river island website and under jackets they have a category called "leather/non-leather"... what exactly is that supposed to encompass? Am confused.'s

famage- family for the less common among, social events aka i do have a life, bronwyn's feeling good about herself, music
