Yeah, I heard about the soda thing in NY, and this storyline seemed to definitely be nodding to that, and it's like... I can't disagree with the principles behind it, but it just doesn't seem very effective and I do think people should be able to make that choice for themselves. But oh yeah, movie theater drink sizes are the worst. I worked at a movie theater when I was 19 for a few months, and people would always give me incredulous looks when they saw the small because... it's not even close to being small.
IT WAS SO GREAT!!!! APRIL CARING ABOUT THINGS IS ALWAYS MY FAVORITE!!!!!!!!
ughhh I know, right??? I went through the same thing after I marathoned the show last spring even though I still had a few weeks of new episodes left before the season was over. I seriously had no idea that I would fall in love with the show like I did, but it's just one of my favorite things right now. And what they've been doing with Nick/Jess so far has just been perfect. I mean, slow-burn ships are definitely my favorite, and they definitely fit the bill so far. I do really love ships where you just get possible moments where you're not really sure if the show will definitely go there or not and then later on they do and you can rewatch the earlier stuff and see the groundwork and all, and it's just perfect.
Yeah, I'm pleasantly surprised by the fact that it looks like they may actually not make either Kurt or Blaine into a complete jackass in order to break them up. They both were perfectly reasonable in this past ep, and you can see the groundwork being laid for Blaine wanting to break up with him in the next episode, and even though their break up is definitely going to make me sadder than is probably reasonable, I'm feeling like it's for the best at this point. And, I mean, I knew they would have to break up at some point, so it might as well be now, it makes sense for where they both are at the moment.
