Went to the rugby house last night with Tasha, Liz, and Lizi. Some kid was running around naked. Not sure why. It was really cult-like. Everyone was saying some word that started with a "Z". It kinda creeped me out.

I would like to better understand Adderall. As a substitute for Ritalin for Attention Deficit Disorder, it is addictive and many college students have been drawn to using the drug. As a prescribed user of Adderall, I have been an addict, I have been offered money for it, and I have felt the effects.

On friday, I went to the gym with Joanna and Liz. None of us have went since we arrived in late August. When starting out, my heart rate was like 160 some or higher, theirs were much lower.
