Christmas shopping too close to Christmas...
I hate shopping near Christmas, but the way my schedule works out always leaves me with only time to shop at the last minute. I made progress today. I didn't kill anyone. I only played a couple mess-with-the-circling-parking-vultures games.
I have to say, the retail people I encountered today really did make my day. They were all very pleasant and very helpful despite the douchery around them. I say thanks to my friends who work retail, because your positive attitude makes a lousy experience much better.
