Due to the lack of "who is The Last Jedi" wank on my Tumblr dash, I feel the need to register an opinion.

Luke. Luke is the last Jedi, because if he has any sense at all he will see that the whole paradigm and most of what Obi Wan and Yoda taught him was toxic bullshit. Rey and Finn will be something new, hopefully better.

It seems any theatrical viewing now requires ear plugs. Some of that was downright ow.

I'm so, so glad I spoiled myself for this movie, because I am not in a place psychologically right now to cope with that having been a surprise.

I made Severus an animagus and then never did anything with it. I wonder if he would have gotten any use out of it before the Battle. Or where/when. Most scenarios I can come up with would involve AUs. Well, more AU than I'm already writing.

I'm still curious how half-giants happen in Harry Potter-land. Because Grawp was "runty" at 16 feet tall. So an "average" giant would be the size of a two story building.
