Muddy beach ideas.
There is a man walking round on my roof.
I have come to the conclusion that I am ok, you know? I am getting there and This move is a positive thing. I have been so down about the whole thing.
There is a series of images I would like to produce. possibly overlaid images to get a sense of distance etc. It involves a white night dress, a muddy beach at home and me walking backwards. Thus the nightie gets muddy and I eventually end up crawling. Then (now this is the clever part) The images are seen in reverse order. with some digial playing to take away any disturbed mud that shouldn't be. So as I come closer and stop crawling the nightie gets cleaner. All rather symbolic, but I think it would make a really good series in black and white. I think I shall chat to Jen and Gem about doing it next time I am down in Wales. I am sure I have seen something similar in the past, I think, but I would like to do them. Its an idea I have had for a long time, may have mentioned it before but it sounds like a good project to be involved in for me. 'Cause I can see us having a brilliant time doing it! (apart from the insect laden mud getting everywhere but I am ignoring that!!!! :D I'd like the pics to be full of bleak contrast with the sun on sparkling water, so we are going for a bright sun on a winters day. Oh, joy, the mud will be freezing too. Doh.
