External;

• Heavy scarring on neck, arms, chest, legs and wrists. Most serious scarring on base of skull, and right pectoral.
• Puncture wound over heart.
• Scar around circumfrence of tongue.
• Scar through the achilles of his right foot.
• Heavy burn damage in mouth and throat.
• Large tattoo on left hand- "1"
• Brand on left shoulder- "S E P H I R O T H"

Internal;

• Ulcers in stomach.
• Ruptured stomach lining (lesions) 
• Esophagitis (through caustic substance, alcohol abuse and Nasogastric intubation)
• Frequent sufferer of gastritis
• Loose joints in the shoulders and thumbs
• Bottom three rib sets removed (Though signs of regrowth are noticable)
• Transorbital Lobotomy (success is unknown)
• Heavy opiate abuse (Herion, opium)
• Heavy alcohol abuse
