1. What do you feel is the most important quality in a close friend?

Non-judgemental. I do a lot of stupid shit, and I don't want to have to justify it to my friends. To everyone else, yes, but not to my friends.

2. What is the one quality in a stranger you'd just met that would make you want to get to know them better?

Hotness, lol! Am I that shallow? Of course! Also conversational ability - I've talked for hours with complete strangers, and very much enjoyed it.

3. What do you think is the most important quality in a good leader?

Being able to manage people without micro-managing them. I've seen many people in leadership positions do a very ineffective job of leading because they try to do everything themselves. An effective leader knows how to give direction, and how to surround themselves with good people, so they're able to delegate work and know it will be done well.

4. What is the one thing that makes a child likable to you?

Manners! I absolutely hate poorly mannered sprogs. I think the cutest kids are the ones who are able to sit still, be quiet, and say "please".

5. What do you think is the one thing that makes a good parent (other than loving their children)?

Actually being a parent, not a friend to the child... which means being strict, giving discipline, saying no, and knowing that you child won't always like you. I think loving your kids is immaterial to being a good parent - most parents probably love their kids, but there's still a lot of shitty parents and dumbfuck kids out there.
