(no subject)
so, i just read my entries from a year ago today and yesterday. glad so much has changed. haHA! well, somethings have changed, so i guess that's good in a way.
anyway, i never write in here anymore. you'd think i'd do it all the time, but i never feel like it. i should change that.
today was pretty uneventful. work was really easy, plus i stayed an extra hour, so that's extra money. i work 14 hours next week, so i'm pretty stoked. lord knows i need the money. i still owe eric from christmas. not to mention gas is ridiculous. woot. i'm going to steal jamie's idea and put away what i make an hour from each day i work between checks. i was just going to start putting away half, but sometimes my checks only about 80 bucks, so that leaves only 40 for two weeks, most of which will go into my gas tank. it's going to be awesome to start saving some money. it won't even be that much, but at least it'll put me at some kind of ease.
i need to go in and get a new phone. my one year deal is up on the fourth, so i'm going to go in and keep my plan and get a new razor. mine's all wiggly and for for some reason the screen won't light up when i press the button to check the time. so, they should give me a new one for free.
the past few days have been really fun. sunday i spent the day with molly at the DIA and african-american museum, which was a lot of fun, especially with our new friend, haha. then b and i watched the SAG awards that night.
sunday was the folk festival, aka naked japanese drummers and rufus with jeff daniels. i love rufus so much, so to get to see him alive again was amazing. plus, a night with jamie and b's not too bad either.
cree wanted me to go to ann arbor tonight, but i sadly could not go. we need to go soon. i need more of her in my life.
i'm watching the top chef finale. top design is on after. i hope i like it as much as project runway. i need something to feel its void until next season.
i'm going in tomorrow to get my picture taken tomorrow for my article. i'm excited. it will be my first published article. it's not a work of genius, but i'm proud of it. i hope people like it, and i hope i get to write more like it.
i want to see 'because i said so'.
