La La La La La
So yesterday I was pretty angry. When people mess with my people, I get very angry...and spend too much money. Zack and I went out to Chevron, bought piles of candy, then went to Carvel and sampled TONS of ice cream. On our way there, there was this HUGE fire...it was really scary. We took Danielle our goodies and she was in her jamise. It was cute. After visiting for a while, I could tell she wanted to go back to bed or at least relax (maybe it's a girl intuition thing because zack had no idea) with out us. Then we left and sang our song.
I went home. Then later, my mom was like, "are you going out tonight?" I said, "I seriously doubt it....his class doesn't get out till 9 and his dad's coming in to town tonight." So I dressed down and prepared myself for a night of lounging. Then, about half an hour later, he calls me and says that he talked to his instructor. She said that all they would be doing in class is going over their quiz which most of the kids got low C's and D's on. Since he got a high B, she said she wouldn;t be offended if he didn't show. He was all, "So do you wanna go do something?" I was like sure. BUT, the thing was, he was leaving right then for my house! He lives across the street from my grandparents neighborhood so it's about a 15 minute drive. I ran in to my bathroom, eyeshadowed my eyes, blushed my cheeks, and pinned my hair. Then I ran in to my room, threw my clothes off, threw my other ones on, repinned my hair, threw some shoes on, glossed my lips, spritzed perfume in the air and walked through it, grabbed my purse, and opened a new pack of gum.
Whew, so then he came. It was so cute because he had gone home and changed into some attractive clothes. We went to Mesa to check out this cool store but then we decided to call Quinny, and Steffani to see if they wanted to go see a movie. Steff was right by the theater eating dinner with her parents so we drove down to the mall. Neither of them were there yet so we went shopping around. We went over to Brookstone (BEST STORE IN THE WORLD) and looked at all of the cool stuff. Then Quinny called and met us. Then Steffani called and we met her.
Then Jaime came and she invited Navid. So we just hung out in front of the theater talking...for some reason people were so anti-buying their tickets. FINALLY we bought tickets to go see Diary of a Mad Black Woman. Oh my gosh, you guys...it's a really good movie...for real. I spilled my coke all over Quinny and my foot area (go figure) so we had to move up a row. Then we all parted our seperate ways. It was SOOO cold and he asked if I was cold. I said, "No, I'm good." BUT, he still took of his jacket and gave it to me...yay! Then we went home.
I worked today...it was boring. We are having our Easter sale and it was really busy. I worked the morning so none of my young friends were there...but the older women were there and I love them. I think Brad and I were the only young 'uns working today and he's like 23. Oh well...I work tomorrow...come and visit me! I work from 9-4.
