The survey linked there doesn't talk at all about money. I'm wondering if this one from gumtree could be a scam based on a real study being done, which would be clever. It could also be for a much more in-depth study than a one-off online survey, of course.
I last did psych research 3 years ago, but I do remember financial remuneration was actively discouraged, not least because it can skew your sample group (in favour of those who who would only respond because of the financial incentive, students and the less well off, for eg), so as to be not a great representation of the general population your aiming for.
So to chime in with the comment above that this could well be a scam based on an original study that was not offering a financial incentive to take part. The best way would be to contact the university directly, from their own website (not any posted links). I doubt they'd be able to stump up £50 per time, from their research budget, for a limitless number of

It should really conform to the British Psychological Society's Ethical Principles for Conducting Research with Human Participantscode of ethics as that is the standardized form for all British psychological research.
