My first semester is done and over with at CSU Channel islands. No clue to my grades as of yet. probably not going to be my best semester....
And the whole "freshman 15" thing didn't happen to me.... even though techinally I wasn't a freshman. I lost probably almost 15... I can't really tell, but the scale says so.

I bought a book off of half.com that I'm going to try out this summer as it looks pretty easy. Its called 8 minutes in the Morning by Jorge Cruise. He wrote all the books on the 3 hour diet. its basically watching what you eat along with approximately 8 minutes of strength training in the morning and some cardio(but not necessary). I only paid $10 for it, so its not a big waste of money and I've heard great things about it.
