I'm currently trying to find a badge making machine and supplies for a uni project. Apart from eBay, does anyone know anywhere where in Brisbane where I might be able to buy a badge making machines and supplies, or at least hire a badge making machine?

Where can I find some (cheapish) origami paper - the real deal and not just any old thing. My friend asked me today and I just thought of all you wonderful Brisbanites! Preferrably southside but I can see it being in some specialised craft stores.

I know there are quite a few members on this community that knit and I'm wondering if you guys can point out some really good places to get yarn. Cheap would be good seeing as I'm poor and for bonus points, I'd really love a place that offers really nice synthetic/cotton yarns (or any animal-free products).
