Writer's Block: I Love Lucy

Oct 16, 2008 00:02

Well, I don't have writer's block, but I liked the question.  I think, by far, my favorite TV couple has to be Melinda and Jim Gordon on Ghost Whisperer (Jennifer Love Hewitt and David Conrad).  I can't express how much I love their portrayal of home life.  I love the interaction in the little moments, in the fights or frustrations or the sweetness.  And, a firefighter?  I love that he's a hero and he's her hero but he lets her take the lime light.  I just love that couple.  I mean, yeah, I so want *that*

Second place would be taken by Max Evans (Jason Behr) and Lis Parker (Shiri Appleby) from Roswell.  I loved the dynamic between them.  He was so restrained and yet he could help but have this passion for Liz.  Still, it was sweet, like he was good all the way through and even his passions were subject to that.  I loved that he was a leader.  I loved that he'd die for her.

Third....I would say Buffy and Angel, but, yeah, I loved to watch them most but they're not my favorite.  Does that make sense?  Ok, so, now that that's out of the way, my third favorite couple would have to be Micheala Quinn and Sully from Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman (Jane Seymour and Joe Lando).  I mean, seriously, that couple is so fantastic.
