more sunny (not) Sequim
It started out not too bad weatherwise. Then it poured. Right as we were walking the last class of the day, it dried up and was OK for jumpers, but I almost scratched...last year Brin had a bad spill in the rain here and I was seriously nervous. It was a long, cold, wet day.
Brin finished two titles today: AX (Agility Excellent) and NF(Novice FAST). The only bar that came down all day was a double where I didn't support it properly after we'd finished the send and collected more than enough points in FAST - dang that was 9 points that would have won us the class! The only reason we didn't get he JWW leg today was a flubbed weave entry - could have been either of our fault. I could have shaped it more, but he should be looking for those poles harder :-p The AX leg and title came with a first place and one of 8 Qs in the whole 20" group of about 45 dogs!
Wow! Four legs in six runs over two days in our first outdoor trial of the year. With one day left, I'm just telling myself to stay focused and keep doing what I've been doing. It seems to be working despite the distractions of the outdoor setting!

Brin is now officially BISS Ch. Fivefields Reckless Abandon PT, RA, AX, AXJ,NF (had to pull up the AKC website to figure out what that title should be!)
