I'm such a dork....
OK so all my roommates are gone for the weekend. lucky them...they have a 3 day weekend. In Nate and kara's case...they made it a 4 day weekend. Anyways...I'm sitting around enjoying the quiet and solitude. I decided that on my first night of solitude i would do something that would really relax me....clean. I know this is completely freakish and silly, but when I have the house to myself I love to put music on and just clean. I've managed to organize my room and clean up some of the random crap that was just sitting around. I also cleaned the kitchen, living room and bathroom upstairs. This feels so good! Now i think i'll stick a movie on and relax in this nice, clean, quiet space. I think i'll attack my dresser tomorrow and get rid of some of the clothes I haven't worn and probably never will wear again. If it weren't so dang cold I'd grab my photography stuff and go outside and paint in the brilliant sunshine...but it's way tooo cold to even consider it. The dorkiest part about all this is that when my room is clean, then i feel like there is so much more clarity in my life. i don't feel like things are so overwhelming. I'm not sensing the clarity yet...but who knows maybe a couple of Mike's hard lemonades would help. ;-)
