Credit card mystery...
Why?
They pre-approved a credit increase.
A 23-fold increase.
I asked the guy at the desk if he was certain about the number of zeros, he said yes. I said "but I'm a full-time student. I only work part-time...".
He replied "well, they wouldn't offer the credit if they didn't think you could handle it..."
I laughed in his face.
"That's not how this system works, buddy"
I, of course, accepted. If I was inclined, I now have the credit to pop over to Europe for a weekend, once a month for 6 months, or so.
