Actually, I was just thinking that I completely agree with him before I read your comment.

I mean, it's a bizarre concept, yet true.

I can walk for 20-30 min in the rain in Vancouver, and once I get indoors my hoodie (soft, highly absorbant, cloth) is a bit damp. If I'm just walking around in a t-shirt (even at this time of year), then I still dry off in a few minutes.

In Ireland... nuh uh...
