Weighty matters.
It turns out that in the showers at work, down in the 2 parking level, there is a weighing scales.
My LJ entry for March 10th 2007 puts me at 265lbs.
My weight this morning is 268lbs.
Given that I appear to have dropped several inches off my waist in that time frame, one can only assume that I've lost flab, and gained muscle.
This is definitely a good things. :D
(Although I will admit to a moment of disappointment when I realised I hadn't dropped a single pound, rational analysis of the situation makes me happy :) )
