Augh, I swear I typed a nice intro to it but it seems to have been eated D: Anyway, what I said was basically that I've been building some small starter homes that are purchasable fully-furnished by a single sim straight out of CAS and was curious if others were interested in them as well. So I put together a simple poll with options you'd be interested in but please note some of them might be difficult to impossible to do completely "starter"; that is, purchasable fully-furnished. They'd still be doable lightly-furnished or purchasable by a couple though.
There are so many incredible house-builders out there that I can't compete but there is a serious lack of interesting, non-square, nicely furnished and landscaped starters. I'm also working basegame-only and with a minimum of CC, attempting to use NO CC for these. Please feel free to comment with any suggestions or things you'd like to see and I'll see if I can accommodate them :3
