Obvious observation is obvious! We have Weather in Gaithersburg and Rockville. We have pounding rain and howling wind. So, Nicole at the Ulta salon in Rockville is the best hair stylist I've had in years. We changed my color to Natural Medium Brown, via Redken Chromatics, since the previous shade was too warm, and we both agree that it matches me perfectly.
