Everything you say about customer service, I empathize. We get the people dropping their kids' shit on the floor in the bathroom and walking away. That's a fun one.

I'm glad you feel a little better about "I Love You." May I recommend Fleetwood Mac's "Bleed to Love Her?" Or not recommend it. It swept me away in a sea of angst, but you might like it!

Zoe still does the biting thing too, it drives me crazy.

But she's gradually getting better with the not waking me up thing, so there's at least hope there.
