- I don't feel as sorry anymore that I'll be giving up my paid LJ account, if I look at the practical side of it. LJ's blocked at the office, so I can't even access it for most of my waking hours. I do love all my LJ friends and read my friends list every day, but I confess that I've been awfully lazy to comment.
But maybe, if I get annoyed at the ads, and I wait a few more months for my finances to loosen up, I might renew it later on. We'll see.
- Where is all my money going? I've been in the red since my trip, which was expected, but even after the holidays, it just hasn't stopped. I might get a slight reprieve now that I'm done paying off my iPhone's installment plan, but I also have to renew my gym membership this month. It's a bit tough for me to consider giving up the gym, since I think I'm seeing some progress.
- Ah, but this time next year, I hope to land my soon-to-be-tight butt in Los Angeles or maybe even Toronto to escape the incredible tropical summer heat and humidity. When I go to bed with the A/C on and the electric fan at maximum, I still bloody break into a sweat. ^^;;;;; I can't fathom how our co-workers can stand going out every day at high noon for lunch. The heat has forced me to stay in and bring my own lunches at work.

My brother is also enjoying Castle. Heh. I'd also always thought that Fillion reminded me of someone I liked, until my brother says out of the blue, "You know, if there was ever a Devil May Cry movie, Nathan would be perfect to play Dante."
I still think Nate reminds me more of my
One True Love. Kris Allen also kinda looks like OTL too, no? I probably would have liked him, if only he didn't have the names of two of my "favorite" people at the office.
- Parting shot about work. Le CEO tasked Trina, Twat, and I to work on overhauling the company's website-everything's practically five years old, an eternity on the Internet. At first, I was hoping Twat to just take over the damn project, because it's a dull and boring task. He pretty much shunned the two of us off the project; since, apparently, we didn't write "professionally" enough, to my initial relief.
Then, I realized that I didn't want to work for a company whose website read like shit. Trina and I have since declared mutiny and taken on the project ourselves. It helped that Twat was procrastinating on it, but of course, the effer can't help but attempt to dip his thumbs now that we've taken over. Guh. Screw off.
