Vet day
Another adventure completed. Aya was mobbed by my roommate's dog, Bel (understandably, as Bel was in a lot of pain from a recurring medical problem) and afterward her eye swelled up, so it was off the vet for her. I couldn't get her to open it much. Only 3 hours and $100 later, she's home again, diagnosed with conjunctivitis, which just means the membrane there is irritated, and a possible infection starting that requires gel in the eye twice a day. They did do a cool test though. To see if her cornea was scratched, they put dye in her eye and then turned out the lights to see if it would glow under the vet's scope. Possibly one of the cheapest tests they've ever run on her and definitely the most interesting. Off to work at last now!
