* We go out for a walk every night. The cat follows us. Actually she usually comes in to remind us that it's time to go. It's dark. We can't really see where we are going but we know because we take this walk every night. Sometimes when we reach a certain point in the path we hear a soft sound: scrunch, scrunch, scrunch, trassel, trassel, scrunch. Björn takes the flashlight from his nifty flashlight holder thing on his belt and does a quick searchlight wave with it. Turns out we are surrounded by cows. We have been walking in the dark through a field where about one hundred cows are lying in the grass going "scrunch, scrunch, scrunch." With our cat following behind. Life doesn't get much better than that.
* On Wednesday next week Björn and I will drive to Landskrona where I will be relieved of one crappy gall-bladder. I really look forward to life without that sucker.
* My job rocks. I usually sleep until about 9am and quit working at around 6pm. Some days I eat lunch at my desk and other days I eat lunch with Björn. Everyday I leave my office knowing that I have done a really good job. I really am good at what I do. Everyone should have a job like that.
* I talk to my daughter on the telephone pretty much every single day for as long as we feel like talking. Despite the fact that we are both talking on mobile (cell) phones these calls are 100% free and the quality is excellent. This is not a commercial but I think a good thing should be shared. If you talk to someone internationally I'd recommend checking out
