Delicious, Nutritious, Succulent, Chicken For New Years Supper
I've had our Chicken Fresh, and maybe after a few weeks or a month in the freezer. However, this was the first time I've had it after it being in the Freezer for months; at least 4-5 months. It was still so delicious, nutritious, and succulent! Incredible!

Happy New Year 2024
As the final hours of 2023 draw to a close, it's about 5 pm local time on Dec 31st as I write this, my mind goes back and forth. Hoping to remember the good times from the past year and learn from the challenges. thinking about the future, the many challenges we'll encounter, and the road ahead.

Muscovy Duck for Dinner!
Muscovy Ducks are different! Unlike other Ducks, most (especially the males) don't fly, don't quack, and don't require a pond! Some, especially the females, often perch in trees! Some people believe they're a cross between Woodducks and Geese, while others say they're not really ducks but their own type of waterfowl.
