David Gray, the lottery, and Britney Spears
A friend from a far away land mentioned that she bought David Gray’s “Life in Slow Motion” yesterday. That record is amazing. If I ever won the lottery, I would call David Gray and ask him how much he would charge for me to be able to be in his band. I realize that paying to be in a band would kind of destroy the entire vibe of being in the band in the first place, but come on…David Gray. His most recent, long-awaited record is his best. He just keeps getting better and better.
And speaking of people I love that need to put out new records. When is Pete Yorn going to put out a new record?
I read that Britney Spears was going to do a re-mix of Amy Grant’s smash single “Baby Baby”. That will definitely be my first itunes download.
