(no subject)
For doing good on my "no buy without use" policy, I certainly have spent a lot of money. I was thinking it would cut down on my spending, but I'd apparently forgotten that the only things I have uses for are big things that cost a lot of money. XP
I bought a Floating Book Shelf. It seemed very intriguing and though I probably won't be able to use the style for all my books, it will definitely be an interesting touch. I would have liked to buy more, but I wanted to see if I liked them and if I could really use them. Thinking about it now, though, I'd probably only want three or four total, so it's not a big deal.
I've halfway decided that my room is going to be a light blue, purple-ish blue with yellow, orange, or gold (or a mixture of those) accents. I just need to figure out exactly what I'd like to do. I want something light and airy, something relaxing. I guess I'll just have to see what I can come up with.
